There are only 116 spots per day for 176 authorized boats. Your tour company, guide and boat captain have no control over this situation. Booking in advance does not guarantee access to the hidden beach. If you do not make it to the "Hidden Beach" you can still have an enjoyable day of snorkeling and sightseeing.
